Return and Cancellation Policy

Returns and Refunds are possible on website www.drgangotribanerjee.com in some circumstances.
If you are not satisfied with the physical product you purchased, you may return the items back to us. 

Returns:

Return requests will be accepted if made according to the following terms.

  1. Any physical book/Paperback Book ordered need to be returned (at customer’s cost) within 7 Days of delivery. A return can be initiated for a partial quantity also. All items returned must be unused and in their original condition.
  2. Though all digital contents such as eBooks /Online Tests are non-refundable/non-returnable.
  3. eBooks: All eBooks have no time restriction (unlimited time), but limited counts for downloading. The status of the download is very much available in the “My Account” section.
  4. Exchange of subject will be not permitted

Refunds:

Refund requests will be accepted for paperback/physical book if return request is accepted. For online consultation, if patient does not appear full refund is provided (if deducted any).
